The Friends of Masons are thrilled to invite you to join us as we gather for our annual Mexican Independence Day Caravana! This event is more than just a celebration—it is an opportunity to unite our community, celebrate our shared heritage, and build the momentum needed for our upcoming service projects in Elgin.
We are hosting this kickoff as a free, family-friendly ticketed event. Why? Because the heart of our mission is connection. We want to meet the people who make Elgin great, share our vision for the coming year, and invite you to be part of the change we’re building together.
While your ticket is free, we are also using this event to raise small, grassroots donations to fuel our next phase of work. Whether you can give $5 or $50, your contribution goes directly toward the logistics and materials for our community outreach programs.

Get ready to flaunt your green and celebrate at FOM’s 2nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl in Elgin, IL! Join us on Saturday, March 8, 2025, starting at 3:30 PM from our kickoff point: 190 E Chicago Street, Elgin, IL 60120.
This year’s crawl features an amazing lineup of host bars, including Fiesta Bar, The Martini Room, Vern’s Tavern, Beaunique, and El Patio, each offering exclusive St. Patrick’s Day-themed drinks and specials.
In addition to great drinks and live entertainment, we’re introducing a St. Patrick’s Day Scavenger Hunt! Participate in fun challenges and collect clues at each stop for a chance to win exciting prizes.
Adding to the festivities are performances by the Medinah Highlanders, who will fill the air with their iconic bagpipe music, and the Trinity Irish Dancers, dazzling with their energetic routines.
